The Start of Kelli and Julia
We are Julia and Kelli, two Brazilians living in London and working in marketing jobs. However, we were both unhappy with our careers until we found SNOW, our beloved pet. One day, we took Snow to a pet shop in London and were disappointed with the accessories available. Determined to give Snow something special, we searched for ways to make our own bows. As soon as Snow started wearing our handmade accessories, people at the shop took notice.

The store owner, who happens to be a family member, was impressed by the bows and lamented the wastefulness of other accessories being thrown away. She encouraged us to continue making bows for her, and soon her customers began collecting them. This overwhelming response made us question whether we should continue with our full-time jobs. After much consideration, we took a leap of faith and decided to pursue this passion.
We also work with handmade bunny accessories, female and male, offering bunny bandanas, bunny bows, and bunny bow ties. All products can be used by groomers, grooming academies, pet shops, and to pet owners from all around the world.
At K&J, we make all bows with love and attention to detail, and this process involved employing individuals in COVID-19 risk groups so that they can work from home producing K&J Bows and Ties. We at K&J, despite being a small business, have always appreciated handmade products that provide opportunity to those who need it most at this time of uncertainty. With this, we have both an identity, our history and the stories of all those who work with us to delivery amazing and unique products.
